采煤机调高油缸的优化改进研究

摘  要:在分析MG400/930型采煤机调高油缸基本尺寸的基础上,利用Pro/E软件建立三维几何模型,再利用Ansys软件进行网格划分、材料属性设置等建立有限元模型。分析发现,调高油缸的变形量、应变和应力值均相对较大,不利于运行的稳定性。结合实际情况对调高油缸关键结构尺寸进行改进,结果发现,调高油缸总变形量、应力和应变值均降低了24%~32%,相同条件下缸内压强降低了6.5%。将优化后的调高油缸部署到工程实践中整体运行良好,使对应结构件的使用寿命提升了20%以上。Based on the analysis of the basic dimensions of the MG400/930 coal mining machine height-adjusting cylinder,a three-dimensional geometric model was established using Pro/E software,and then a finite element model was established using Ansys software for mesh division and material property setting.The analysis found that the deformation,strain and stress values of the raising cylinder are relatively large,which is not conducive to the stability of operation.Combined with the actual situation to improve the key structural dimensions of the heightening cylinder,it was found that the total deformation,stress and strain values of the heightening cylinder were reduced by 24%to 32%,and the pressure in the cylinder was reduced by 6.5%under the same conditions.The optimized heightening cylinder was deployed to the engineering practice with good overall operation,and the service life of the corresponding structural parts was improved by more than 20%.
