摘 要:以ZY86400/25.5/55型液压支架掩护梁为研究对象,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件,分析计算掩护梁在扭转工况和偏载工况下的结构强度。结果表明,其在两种工况下最大应力值均小于材料的屈服强度,但存在比较明显的应力集中情况。根据仿真分析的结果,提出了两种对掩护梁的优化改进措施,以提高液压支架结构可靠性。Based on the existing ZY86400/25.5/55 hydraulic bracket cover beam as the research object, the structural strength of the calculated cover beam under torsional condition and partial load condition was analyzed based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software, and according to the analysis results the maximum stress value under both conditions is less than the yield strength of the material, thus indicating that due to the existence of a more obvious stress concentration in the structure. Therefore, based on the results of the simulation analysis, two optimized improvements to the cover beam are proposed to improve its reliability.
