摘 要:为解决破碎顶板大断面巷道掘进期间顶板稳定性差、容易冒落等问题,以山西某矿1001巷围岩控制为工程背景,提出综合使用注浆锚杆+钢棚方式进行围岩支护,并依据现场实际条件对支护方案进行设计。经现场应用后,1001巷掘进过顶板破碎带期间顶板最大下沉量控制在130mm以内,期间未出现顶板冒落、钢棚变形等情况,取得较好围岩控制效果。In order to solve the problems of poor stability of roof plate and easy to fall during the tunneling of large section of broken roof plate,a mine in Shanxi Province 1001 lane surrounding rock control as the engineering background,proposed the integrated use of grouting anchor+steel shed way to support the surrounding rock,and according to the actual conditions of the site to design the support program.After field application,the maximum sinkage of roof slab during 1001 lane excavation over the broken roof slab was controlled within 130 mm,and no roof slab fall and steel shed deformation occurred during the period,which achieved better control effect on the surrounding rock.
