摘  要:为提高液压支架液压系统的整体工作性能,以泵站额定流量400 L/min时得到的移架速度的基础上,对比分析进回液管直径、阀芯直径及阀芯最大开口度对液压支架移架速度的影响。分析得出:液压支架移架动作属于动态过程,可采用大泵站额定流量来提高液压支架的移架速度;增大进回液管直径,液压支架的移架时间减少0.1s,移架速度明显提高;增大液控单向阀阀芯直径及阀芯最大开口度,移架时间也减少约0.1 s,但移架速度变化不明显。In order to improve the overall performance of the hydraulic system of hydraulic bracket, the influence of inlet and return pipe diameter, spool diameter and maximum opening of spool on the speed of hydraulic bracket shifting is compared and analyzed based on the shifting speed obtained when the rated flow rate of pump station is 400 L/min. The analysis concluded that the hydraulic bracket shifting action is a dynamic process, and the rated flow rate of large pumping station can be used to improve the shifting speed of the hydraulic bracket;by increasing the diameter of the inlet and outlet pipe, the shifting time of the hydraulic bracket is reduced by 0.1 s, and the shifting speed is also significantly increased, but by increasing the diameter of the liquid-controlled check valve spool and the maximum opening of the spool, the shifting time is also reduced by about 0.1 s, but the change of the shifting speed is not obvious.
