摘　　要：离心式空气压缩机是一种通过机内叶轮快速转动产生气压,进而不断产出压缩空气的工业设备,该设备在煤矿工程中具有重要作用。通过设计离心式空气压缩机故障诊断系统原理,阐述了系统硬件组成和软件设计逻辑,同时对系统获取、处理信号功能、监控报警功能及软件主要功能模块进行了详细说明。Centrifugal air compressor is a kind of industrial equipment that generates air pressure through the rapid rotation of the impeller inside the machine,and then continuously produces compressed air,which has an important role in coal mine engineering.By designing the principle of centrifugal air compressor fault diagnosis,the system hardware composition and software design logic are elaborated,and the system acquisition and processing signal functions,monitoring and alarm functions,as well as the main software function modules are explained in detail.
