摘 要:为了提升回采工作面煤炭开采效率、降低劳动强度并改善作业环境,以山西某矿70302回采工作面为工程背景,对该回采工作面采用的智能化技术及其现场应用效果进行阐述及分析。经现场应用后,回采工作面推进速度由3.2 m/d提升至4.8 m/d,作业人员数量减少18人,同时开采时的放煤率提高1%、原煤中矸石含量降低约2%,取得较为显著的应用成果。In order to improve the coal mining efficiency,reduce labor intensity and improve the working environment,the intelligent technology adopted in a mine in Shanxi Province and its field application effect are described and analyzed with a mining 70302 back mining face as the engineering background.After the field application,the mining face advance speed was increased from 3.2 m/d to 4.8 m/d,and the number of workers was reduced by 18,while the coal release rate was increased by 1%and the gangue content in raw coal was reduced by about 2%,which achieved remarkable application results.
