矿用隔爆开关开盖断电装置应用分析

摘　　要：针对井下KBZ型隔爆开关在带电开盖检修时,无法实现开盖断电保护动作,导致操作人员在误操作带电开盖检修时出现触电事故,司马矿通过技术研究,对井下KBZ型矿用隔爆开关设计了一套开盖断带保护装置。通过实际应用效果来看,隔爆开关安装开盖断电保护装置后带电检修事故率降低到2%以下,有效保护了检修人员人身安全,取得了显著应用成效。In view of the fact that the underground KBZ type explosion-proof switch cannot be protected by opening the cover for overhaul with electricity,which leads to electric shock accidents when the operator mistakenly opens the cover for overhaul with electricity,Sima Mine has designed a set of opening cover break protection device for underground KBZ type mine explosion-proof switch through technical research.The accident rate is reduced by less than 2%,which effectively protects the personal safety of maintenance personnel and achieves significant application results.
