坪上煤业斜井运输安全系统改造研究

摘  要:为有效解决坪上煤业副斜井躲避硐室设施不完善、防跑车装置可靠性差、人员操作不规范、监管不到位等问题,对斜井运输系统进行了安全改造,增设信号硐室、完善挡车阻车装置、建立实时安全监控系统,并对改进后系统进行了现场效果验证。结果表明:现场试验期间系统运行良好,躲避硐室内信号报警装置安全有效,防跑车装置动作可靠,监控系统能够有效规范职工行为,有效提升副斜井运输的安全可靠性。In order to effectively solve the problems of inadequate refuge facilities, poor reliability of the automatic blocking device, and lack of supervision of the personnel, the safety system of the slanting shaft transportation system was modified by installing additional signal chambers, improving the blocking device, and establishing a real-time safety monitoring system. The results showed that the system worked well during the field test, the signal alarm device in the refuge was safe and effective, the blocking device was reliable, and the monitoring system was effective in regulating the behavior of the workers, which effectively improved the safety and reliability of the secondary slant shaft transportation.
