摘 要:某矿21采区轨道运输巷在砂岩层中掘进,使用炮掘方式,巷道掘进过程中受到巷道断面大、炮眼数量多以及炮眼施工效率低等因素限制,掘进速度较慢,从而在一定程度上制约采区布置。基于此,提出将矿用液压钻车代替YT-28凿岩机施工炮眼。现场应用后,炮眼耗时1.6h即可完成施工,施工效率较YT-28凿岩机提升60%以上;轨道运输巷掘进进尺可稳定在105 m/月,掘进速度提升48.3%以上,实现了岩巷快速掘进。The track transportation road in mining area 21 is dug in the sandstone layer,using the artillery digging method.The tunneling process is limited by the large roadway section,the large number of artillery holes and the low efficiency of artillery hole construction,and the digging speed is slow,thus restricting the mining area layout to a certain extent.After the field application,the construction time of the borehole is 1.6 h,and the construction efficiency is more than 60%higher than that of the YT-28 rock drill;the progress of the track transportation road can be stabilized at 105 m/month,and the digging speed is increased by more than 48.3%,thus realizing the rapid digging of the rock road.
