摘  要:为了实现线摩擦钢芯带式输送机驱动装置功率和输送带带强长距离、大运量的运输目标,在对其基本原理研究的基础上提出了对应电气控制系统的要求,完成了线摩擦钢芯带式输送机电气控制系统的硬件和软件设计,对于实际应用中提升线摩擦钢芯带式输送机运输稳定性和可靠性奠定了基础。In order to achieve the transport goal of line friction steel core belt conveyor drive device power and conveyor belt with strong long distance and large capacity,the requirements of the corresponding electrical control system are proposed on the basis of the study of its basic principles,and the hardware and software design of the line friction steel core belt conveyor electrical control system is completed,which lays a foundation for the practical application of improving the stability and reliability of line friction steel core belt conveyor transport.The design of the hardware and software of the electrical control system of the wire friction steel core belt conveyor is completed.
