摘　　要：针对大导程螺纹链数控车削加工技术,基于数控车削加工原理,分析了加工过程中螺纹存在的技术难点,并提出了精确控制装刀和对刀方法,以有效解决车削螺纹存在的问题,保证产品质量可靠。This paper analyzed the technical difficulties of threads during machining based on the principle of CNC turning machining, and proposed the precise control of tool loading and tool setting methods, which can effectively solve the problems of turning threads and ensure reliable product quality.
