摘　　要：己椒苈黄丸出自《金匮要略》,组方精简,具有攻逐水饮、利水通便的功效,主治热结肠道、水饮内停、积聚肠间之证。现代临床多将其广泛应用于肝硬化腹水、肺心病、慢性心力衰竭、哮喘等疾病,亦有学者应用于肾病综合征、昏迷、胃癌伴腹水、肺癌伴胸腔积液,均取得了显著的疗效。本文将己椒苈黄丸近年来的临床应用进行简要综述,以期为临床使用提供参考。Jijiaolihuang Pill from Synopsis of the Golden Synopsis is a simple prescription with the effect of water purification and defecation.It is mainly used to treat the syndrome of hot intestinal knot,water withdrawal and accumulation of intestinal tract.In modern clinical practice,it is widely used in cirrhosis ascites,pulmonary heart disease,chronic heart failure,asthma and other diseases,and some scholars have also applied it in nephrotic syndrome,coma,gastric cancer with ascites,lung cancer with pleural effusion,and achieved remarkable curative effect.In this paper,the clinical application of Jijiaolihuang Pills in recent years was briefly reviewed,in order to provide reference for clinical use.
