摘　　要：采用SWOT分析法,结合宁夏某三甲医院建立的《舆情周报》机制的主要内容舆情信息、医院有关新闻报道和医疗动态摘要三方面,对《舆情周报》机制的优势、劣势、机会、威胁进行全面分析,提出该机制在医院文化建设中的对策分析,旨在提高医疗服务质量、促进决策科学性、构建和谐医患关系等方面提供信息支撑,为医院文化建设起到引导、助推作用。Using the SWOT analysis,the mechanism of Public Opinion Weekly,established in a tertiary hospital in Ningxia,was analyzed from strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,with three components,namely public opinion,hospital-related news reports and medical information,so as to propose the countermeasures of this mechanism in hospital culture construction.The aim is to provide information support for improving the quality of medical service,promoting scientific decision-making and constructing harmonious doctor-patient relationships,in order to guide and boost hospital culture construction.
