摘 要:河流生态基流问题是近年来研究的热点与难点,科学确定河道生态流量值对维持生物多样性具有重要意义,也为水资源优化配置和最严格水资源管理提供参考依据。根据测站实测大断面和流量资料,建立水力半径与河道流量相关关系,采用水力半径法计算河道生态基流。提出拒马河生态水位的概念,据此确定河道生态水力半径,进而推求计算拒马河生态基流量,确定河道生态基流的保证程度。与采用水文学方法计算的生态基流值进行对比分析,验证此方法计算结果的准确性,认为生态水力半径法计算拒马河生态基流是可行的。River ecological base flow is a hot and difficult research topic in recent years,Scientific determination of river ecological baseflow value is of great significance for maintaining biodiversity,It also provides reference for optimal allocation of water resources and the strictest water resources management.In this paper,the measured section datas and flow datas of the station are used to establish the correlation between the hydraulic radius and the river flow,and the hydraulic radius method is used to calculate the ecological base flow of the river.The concept of ecological water level of Juma River is put forward,Based on this,the ecological hydraulic radius of the channel is determined,the ecological base flow value of the Juma River is calculated,and the guarantee degree of the ecological base flow is determined.Compared with the ecological base flow value calculated by hydrology method,the accuracy of the method is verified,and it is considered that the ecological hydraulic radius method is feasible to calculate the ecological base flow of The Juma River.
