摘　　要：针对传统爆管切断阀超声波流速检测机构易损坏、寿命短、维护保养不便等问题,研制出一种新型的爆管切断阀。该阀门流速检测机构采用机械式测速仪,通过流速检测板摆动角度大小检测管道流速,从而避免了超声波流速检测机构易损坏以及性能不稳定的问题。该阀门具有结构紧凑、反应迅速、流阻系数小、安装维护简便等特点,在工程中已经成功应用。Aiming at the problems of easy damage,short life,inconvenient maintenance and other problems of the ultrasonic flow rate detection mechanism of the traditional blast pipe shut-off valve,a new type of blast pipe shut-off valve has been developed.The valve flow rate detection mechanism adopts a mechanical speedometer,and the swing angle of the flow rate detection plate is used.The pipeline flow rate is detected,thereby avoiding the problems of easy damage and unstable performance of the ultrasonic flow rate detection mechanism.The valve has the characteristics of compact structure,rapid response,small flow resistance coefficient,and easy installation and maintenance.It has been successfully applied in engineering.
