摘　　要：以典型项目钛合金硬密封球阀为例,介绍了PTA用钛合金硬密封球阀的技术现状、设计标准等。对密封结构进行设计,并计算所需密封力。结合理论计算进行有限元分析,对钛合金硬密封球阀的阀座密封结构和密封比压进行设计与分析研究。The technical status and design standard of PTA hard seal ball valve are introduced by taking typical project hard seal ball valve of titanium alloy as an example.Design the sealing structure and calculate the required sealing force.Combined with the theoretical calculation to carry on the finite element analysis,the titanium alloy hard seal ball valve seat seal structure and seal specific pressure design and analysis.
