摘  要:应用Fluent软件对卸压阀内部流场进行数值仿真分析。以饱和水蒸气为介质,基于壁面函数法和Realizable k-ε湍流模型,分析不同开度、不同进出口压力下阀体内部流速、压力、流量等变化特点。研究表明,随着开度增加,进出口压降呈线性降低,流速变化趋于稳定,出口流量更大。本研究可对卸压阀优化设计提供技术支持。Fluent software was used to simulate internal flow field of pressure release valve.The analysis was based on wall function method and realizable k-turbulence model.Variation characteristics of flow velocity,pressure and flow rate were discussed under different open degrees and pressure drop.The results showed that with the increasing of open degrees,the pressure drop decreased linearly,the velocity changes tended to be stable,and the outlet flow was larger.This study can provide technical support for the optimal design of pressure release valve.
