摘 要:本文对船舶储能三电平BUCK-BOOST双向变流器IGBT开路故障检测方法进行研究。首先分析了三电平BUCK-BOOST双向变流器开路故障的电流响应及其特征,然后提出一种基于开关模态本征频率特征的变流器开路故障检测方法。该方法采用经验模态分解理论获取输入电流中固有的开关模态分量,通过希尔伯特变换得到开关模态频率并根据其变化特征对IGBT开路故障进行检测。最后,论文通过仿真与实验对该方法的可行性与有效性进行验证。研究结果表明,利用瞬时频率法可在开关周期(如0.1 ms)内有效检测变流器IGBT功率器件开路故障,具有速度快、准确率高、以及动态鲁棒性好等优点,可为变流器容错控制提供及时故障信息。This paper presents an IGBT open-circuit fault detection method for the three-level BUCK-BOOST bi-directional marine energy storage converter.Firstly,the current response and characteristics of the IGBT open-circuit fault of a three-level BUCK-BOOST bi-directional converter was analyzed.Then,an open-circuit fault detection method for marine energy storage converter based on instantaneous frequency was proposed.In the method,the intrinsic switching mode components in the input current of the converter were obtained by using the empirical mode decomposition algorithm,whose instantaneous frequency was extracted by Hilbert transform for fault detection.Finally,the simulation and experimental work was carried out to confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.The results show that the instantaneous frequency method can effectively detect the IGBT open-circuit fault in the three-level BUCK-BOOST bidirectional converter within one PWM period(e.g.0.1 ms),which has the advantages of fast speed,high accuracy and good dynamic robustness.This method provides timely fault information for the fault-tolerant control of the marine energy storage converter.
