摘 要:香港国际机场第三跑道填海工程填海面积约650 hm^(2),为香港填海面积最大的单体填海工程,填海区紧邻现有机场跑道,地基土揭露深厚软淤泥,机场航空限高严格,施工难度较大。由于受工期以及机场限高双重影响,部分超低净空区(限高小于10 m)要求在无地基处理的情况下进行回填。为确保地基的稳定,防止出现淤泥包等情况,采取了稳定性分析计算,施工中采用水力吹填并预设围堰增加稳定性等措施,保质保量按期完成该重点区域的回填施工。依托香港三跑工程开展的超低净空区无处理超软地基吹填研究成果,为今后类似工程提供借鉴和参考。The main reclamation works of Hong Kong International Airport three runway system project provides approximately 650 hm^(2) of reclamation land,which is the largest single reclamation project in Hong Kong.The reclamation area is close to the existing airport runway,the foundation soil exposes the deep and extremely soft ground,the airport aviation height limit is strict,and the construction is difficult.Due to the dual impact of construction period and airport height limit,some areas of the ultra-low height restriction zone(height limit less than 10 m)shall be filled without any ground improvement work.To make sure the ground stability and prevent the occurrence of silt packs,the stability analysis was carried out and the hydraulic filling method with pre-set embankment was adopted to increase the stability,so as to complete the backfilling construction in the key area with quality and quantity on schedule.The research results of reclamation in extreme soft ground without improvement at ultra-low height restriction zone based on the Hong Kong three runway project can provide references for similar projects in the future.
