摘 要:海上深层水泥搅拌法具有加固效率高、成桩直径大、强度高、质量可控、环保、适用范围广等优势。海上深层水泥搅拌法形成的复合地基,能大幅提高岸坡稳定性、减小地基沉降,达到地基改良的目的。结合香港国际机场第三跑道填海工程中海上深层水泥搅拌法大面积应用案例,分析海堤下方置换率约为20%~33%的壁式深层水泥搅拌桩及陆域回填区置换率约为20%的大面积桩式深层水泥搅拌桩复合地基,研究深层水泥搅拌法的加固形式及分析方法,总结新技术实施过程中的质量工艺,分析现场加固效果,证实了海上深层水泥搅拌法用于加固污泥及淤泥等软土地基是可行性的。The advantages of the offshore deep cement mixing(DCM)method include the high-efficiency foundation improvement,large-diameter column,high strength,controllable quality,environmental protection and wide application range.The composite foundation formed by offshore DCM method can increase the stability of bank slope,and reduce foundation settlement to achieve the purpose of foundation improvement.Combined with the large-scale application case of DCM method in the main reclamation works of Hong Kong International Airport three runway system project,this paper analyzes the wall type DCM pile with a replacement ratio of about 20%to 33%under the seawall the large-area pile type DCM pile composite foundation with a replacement ratio of about 20%in the land reclamation area.This paper studies the improvement types and analysis method of DCM method,summarizes the quality process in the implementation of new technology,and analyzes the on-site reinforcement effect,which proves that it is feasible for offshore DCM method to strengthen soft soil foundation such as dumped mud and sludge.
