摘 要:取芯检测是深层水泥搅拌桩质量检测的重要检测方法之一。在钻探取芯过程中,出现采取率低,芯样破碎等常见问题,降低了取芯质量,较难获得合格的用于无侧限抗压强度试验的芯样。依托香港机场扩建工程,对深层水泥搅拌桩取芯工艺进行了优化,改进了取芯器。现场取芯结果表明:对低强度的水泥搅拌桩,应选用优化的梅式(Mazier)三管取芯器;对较高强度的水泥搅拌桩,应选用改进的T6取芯器(英国标准);采用合适直径的探杆可以保证钻孔的垂直度,提高取芯质量。研究结果对于为提高水泥搅拌桩取芯质量,提供了很好的工程借鉴和技术参考。The core inspection is one of the important inspection methods for the quality inspection of deep cement mixing piles.In the process of coring,common problems such as low recovery rate and broken core samples occurred,which could reduce the quality of coring and make it difficult to obtain the qualified core samples for unconfined compressive strength tests.Based on the expansion project of the Hong Kong Airport,the coring technology of the deep cement mixing pile was optimized and the core barrel was improved.The field coring results show that the optimized Mazier three tube core barrel should be selected for low-strength cement mixing piles.The improved T6 core barrel(British standard)should be selected for higher strength cement mixing piles and the verticality of the drilling hole can be ensured and the coring quality can be improved by using the drilling rod with the appropriate diameter.The research results provide good engineering references and technical references for improving the quality of coring in cement mixing piles.
