摘  要:深层水泥搅拌船施工过程中,主要通过处理机搅拌翼的旋转、切削对原状土体进行搅拌和混合,保证成桩质量。由于搅拌翼的结构设计不同,对深层水泥搅拌桩的施工工效影响很大,从而影响项目整体进度。文章以香港机场项目的海上深层水泥搅拌桩施工为例,分析不同搅拌翼设计的情况下船舶施工效率,为今后工程项目实施提供基础施工数据参考。During the construction of deep cement mixing(DCM)vessel,the original soil is mainly mixed by rotating and cutting the mixing blades of the processor to ensure the pile quality.Due to the different structures of the mixing blades,it has a great impact on the work efficiency of the DCM pile,thus affecting the overall progress of the project.Taking the offshore DCM pile construction of Hong Kong Airport project as an example,this paper analyzes the working efficiency of the vessel under different mixing blade designs,so as to provide basic construction data reference for the implementation of engineering projects in the future.
