摘　　要：针对集团推广财务共享与业财一体化核算,依托香港国际机场第三跑道填海工程,项目财务部开展了财务共享与业财一体化结合的核算模式,在浪潮GS7.0系统上自主设计、开发了基于业财一体化核算思路的成本管理系统,探究了特大型项目中数字化管理如何在浪潮系统中得以实现。本项目的应用解决了许多成本监控与业绩评价的问题,实现了业务数字化和业财数据一体核算,为特大型项目成本与效益监控提供了很好的参考。In view of the promotion of the financial sharing and business financial integration accounting by the Group,relying on the main reclamation works of Hong Kong International Airport three runway system project,the finance department has carried out the accounting mode of combining financial sharing and business financial integration,independently designed and developed a cost management system with the idea of business financial integration accounting based on the GS 7.0 system,and explored how the digital management in the mega-size projects can be realized in the GS system.The application of the model in this project has solved many problems of cost monitoring and performance evaluation,and also has achieved the business digitization and integrated accounting of business and financial data.It provides a good reference for the cost and benefit monitoring in mega-size projects.
