摘  要:以药栀子为原料,研究乙醇-硫酸铵双水相萃取藏红花素的工艺参数。通过单因素试验考查了各因素对栀子藏红花素萃取率及分配系数的影响规律,在硫酸铵质量分数为23%,乙醇质量分数为25%,Na Cl质量分数为0.5%,pH值为8,料液比为9%,萃取时间为45 min,萃取温度为20℃条件下,藏红花素的萃取率高达95.44%。The process parameters of ethanol ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase extraction of crocin from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were studied. The effects of various factors on the extraction rate and partition coefficient of crocin from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis were investigated by single factor experiment. The extraction rate of crocin from Gardenia jasminoides Ellis reached 95.44%,when the mass fraction of ammonium sulfate was 23%,the mass fraction of ethanol was 25%,the concentration of Na Cl was 0.5%,the pH value was 8,the solid-liquid ratio was 9%,the extraction time was 45 min,and the extraction temperature was 20 ℃.
