摘  要:为建立测定人参健脾丸中17种有机氯类农药残留的GC-ECD方法,本文采用色谱柱DB-1701,进样口温度为230℃,检测器温度为300℃,升温程序,流速为1.5 mL/min,进样方式为不分流进样,进样量为1μL。结果显示,17种农药能够有效分离,在1 ng/mL~50 ng/mL内线性关系良好,随行回收率分别为在86.06%~102.62%之间。可见该方法准确、重复性好,可以作为人参健脾丸中的有机氯类农药残留的含量测定。To establish a GC-ECD method for the determination of 17 organochlorine Pesticide Residues in Renshen Jianpi pills.This paper used chromatographic column was DB-1701,the injection port temperature was 230℃,the detector temperature was 300℃,temperature programmed,the flow rate was 1.5 mL/mL,the injection mode was non split injection,and the injection volume was 1μL.The results show that,17 kinds of pesticides could be separated effectively with good linear relationship in the range of 1 ng/mL~50 ng/mL,and the recoveries ranged from 86.06%to 102.62%.Thus it can be seen,The method is accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in Renshen Jianpi pills.
