摘  要:本文采用超高效液相色谱-质谱法测定水体中2,4-滴、莠去津、呋喃丹和甲萘威4种农药。取1 mL样品,直接过0.22μm滤膜,置于样品瓶中,经BEH C_(18)(2.1×100 mm×1.7μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,流速为0.3 mL/min,质谱采用电喷雾正离子电离,多反应监测模式(MRM)进行检测。结果表明,4种目标化合物在5.00μg/L~100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.9996;检出限分别为0.86μg/L、0.012μg/L、0.77μg/L、0.92μg/L;RSD分别为0.51%~2.60%、0.34%~1.29%、0.80%~3.13%、0.55%~1.28%;准确度分别为0.56%、0.48%、1.31%、1.30%。由此可见,该方法操作简便,灵敏度、精密度和准确度相对较高,可满足水体中2,4-滴、莠去津、呋喃丹和甲萘威4种有机农药的同时检测。To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of four pesticides of 2,4-drops,atrazine,carbofuran and carbaryl in water by ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS).Taken 1mL samples were directly over 0.22μm membrane and packed in a sample bottle,separated by BEH C_(18)(2.1×100 mm×1.7μm)with acetonitrile water(0.1%formic acid)solution for gradient elution,the column temperature was at 30℃,the flow rate was 0.3 ml/min,and mass spectrometry was detected by electrospray ionization and multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM).The results showed that the linear range of the four compounds was 5.00μg/L-100μg/L,the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.9996,the detection limits were 0.86μg/L,0.012μg/L,0.77μg/L,0.92μg/L,RSD were 0.51%-2.60%,0.34%-1.29%,0.80%-3.13%,0.55%-1.28%,and the accuracy was 0.56%,0.48%,1.31%and 1.30%,respectively.The method,with the features of a easy operation,high sensitivity,wide detection range and strong operability,can be used for simultaneous determination of 2,4-D,atrazine,carbofuran and carbaryl in environmental water.
