摘  要:本文采用自然生成法,对奶浆菌建立实验室共生体系进行探索,即接种菌种于实验室的青冈栎苗盘内(青冈栎的种植采用种子浸泡发芽种植,土壤采用野外奶浆菌生长地的原土),调节空气温湿度、土壤湿度、光照度(模仿野生奶浆菌的生长条件),促使菌种在青冈栎树苗特定营养素的激活下,菌种细胞分化再生出菇,探索实验室共生体系的建立。同时采用子实体风干粉碎激活法育种做对照试验,以期为奶浆菌种植方法的完善提供理论依据。This article is designed to explore the establishment of the laboratory symbiotic system of Lactarius volemus fr.Ora by methods pioneered by naturally occurring.For this purpose,the strainswere inoculated in laboratoryseedling trays filled with Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb.)Oerst.(i.e.the cultivation of Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb.)Oerst.were grown from water-soaked and germinated seeds,and the soil used for the experiments was the original soil material collected from Lactarius volemus fr.Ora.),and air temperature and humidity,soil moisture regime and light intensitywere manipulated to simulate outdoor growth conditions of Lactarius volemus fr.Ora.Adoption of these practiceswill facilitate the fungus cells to differentiate and regenerate into new mushrooms under activation of specific nutrients derived from seedlings of Cyclobalanopsis glauca(Thunb.)Oerst.,thus exporing the establishment of laboratory symbiosis system.Simultaneously,the control experiment was carried out by the breeding method of air drying,pulverizing andactivated germination of fruiting body,in order to provide theoretical basis for improving the cultivation of Lactarius volemus fr.Ora seedlings.
