摘　　要：为探讨TORCH抗体检测在不孕不育患者检查中的临床应用价值,本文随机选取2018年5月—2020年6月在本院生殖中心就诊的400例不孕女性患者,将其设定为研究组,选取同期在本院生殖中心进行优生优育检查的400名女性设定为对照组,采用化学发光法对2组受试者血清中TORCH-IgM抗体、TORCH-IgG抗体进行检测。结果显示,2组HSV1-IgM和HSV2-IgM抗体的阳性率有显著差异(P<0.05);TOX-IgM、RUV-IgM、CMV-IgM抗体的阳性率无显著差异(P>0.05);CMV-IgG、HSV1-IgG、HSV2-IgG抗体的阳性率有显著差异(P<0.05);TOX-IgG、RUV-IgG抗体的阳性率无显著差异(P>0.05)。由此可见,实施TORCH抗体检测有利于预防出生缺陷,提升优生优育质量,具有较高的推广价值。In order to explore the clinical value of TORCH antibody detection in the examination of infertile patients,400 infertile female patients treated in the reproductive center of our hospital from May 2018 to June 2020 were randomly selected as the research group,and 400 women who underwent eugenics examination in the reproductive center of our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group,The serum TORCH-IgM antibody and TORCH-IgG antibody were detected by chemiluminescence.The results showed that there was significant difference in the positive rates of HSV1-IgM and HSV2-IgM antibodies between the two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the positive rates of TOX-IgM,RUV-IgM and CMV-IgM antibodies(P>0.05);The positive rates of CMV-IgG,HSV1-IgG and HSV2-IgG antibodies were significantly different(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the positive rates of TOX-IgG and RUV-IgG antibodies(P>0.05).It can be seen that the implementation of TORCH antibody detection is conducive to the prevention of birth defects,improve the quality of eugenics,and has high popularization value.
