摘  要:为解决PTT纱条干均匀度指标差、细纱断头率高、生产状态差等问题,分析了此类产品的生产难点,并以条干CV、细节、粗节、棉结、细纱千锭时断头为关键控制指标,通过正交试验对粗纱号数、粗纱捻系数、细纱后区牵伸倍数、细纱钳口隔距、细纱前胶辊压力、细纱锭速、细纱钢丝圈型号等关键工艺参数进行了优化,最终使成纱条干指标及细纱生产状态得到显著改善。认为:合理优选粗纱及细纱相关工艺是提高PTT纱质量的关键。To solve the problems of worse PTT yarn evenness index,higher broken end rate and worse production condition,production difficulty of these products were analyzed.Yarn eveness CV,thin place,thick place,nep,broken end per 1000 spindles were taken as key control indexes.Through orthogonal test,the key process parameters such as roving weight per unit,roving twist factor,draft multiple of the spinning frame in back zone,gauge of the spinning frame nipper,pressure of the front rubber covered roll,spinning speed and spinning traveller model were optimized.Finally,yarn evenness index and yarn production condition were significantly improved.It is considered that reasonable selection of roving and spinning process is the key to improve quality of PTT yarn.
