摘　　要：目的研究静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)对临床治疗中护理工时的影响。方法将2020年1~6月静脉输液未在PIVAS调配的4个科室所接收临床资料300例设为对照组,将4个科室于2020年7~12月静脉输液纳入PIVAS调配后的300例临床资料设为试验组,比较2组临床护理的工作效率及护理管理质量和患者对护理服务的满意度,并统计输液不良反应发生率(发热、寒战、皮疹、瘙痒等)。结果试验组治疗中护理工时明显短于对照组,护理管理质量及患者对护理服务的满意度均明显提高,输液不良反应发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PIVAS对临床治疗的护理工时影响较为显著。因此,医院建立PIVAS可以促使临床护理效率,护理安全性显著提升。Objective To investigate the effects of intravenous medication dispensing centres(PIVAS)on nursing work hours in clinical practice.Methods The clinical data of 300 patients collected when intravenous infusions were not dispensed in PIVAS from January 2020 to June 2020 in 4 departments of our hospital were enrolled as control group,at the same time,the clinical data about the other 300 patients collected when intravenous infusions were dispensed in PIVAS from July 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled as experimental group.The efficiency of clinical nursing,and nursing management quality,and patients’satisfaction degree with nursing services as well as in the incidence rate of adverse reactions of infusion including fever,chills,rash and pruritus were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The nursing work time experimental group.and the nursing management quality and patients’satisfaction degree with nursing services in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of PIVAS on the nursing work time of clinical treatment are significant,therefore,the establishment of an intravenous drug dispensing centre in hospitals can improve clinical nursing efficiency and nursing safety.
