摘　　要：目的探究外科手术患者医用粘胶相关性皮肤损伤(MARSI)的预防护理。方法对2019年1~3月手术的220例住院患者进行多学科专业护理干预(观察组),2018年7~9月的234例手术患者进行外科常规护理(对照组),比较2组患者住院期间MARSI发生情况差异。结果对照组手术患者住院期间共发生MARSI 21例,发生率8.97%,观察组共发生MARSI 3例,发生率1.36%,观察组表皮剥脱伤、张力性损伤和MARSI合计发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);且观察组在颈胸部位的MARSI发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于前期风险评估的多学科专业护理可有效减少外科患者MARSI的发生。Objective To investigate the effects of multidisciplinary specialized nursing for medical adhesive related skin injury(MARSI)in surgical patients.Methods A total of 220 inpatients who underwent surgery and were treated by multidisciplinary professional nursing intervention in our hospital from January 2019 to March 2019 were enrolled as observation group,at the same time,the other 234 patients who underwent surgery and were treated by conventional nursing from July 2018 to September 2018 were enrolled as control group.The incidence rates of MARSI during hospitalization were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Of the 234 patients in control group,21 patients had MARSI during hospitalization,with the incidence rate being 8.97%.Of the 220 patients in observation group,3 patients had MARSI,with the incidence rate being 1.36%.The incidence rates of epidermal exfoliation and tension injury as well as MARSI in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),moreover,the incidence rate of MARSI in cervical thymus in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary professional care based on prior risk assessment can effectively reduce the incidence of MARSI in surgical patients.
