冠心病患者血浆NEAT2的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨长链非编码RNA非编码核内富含转录物2(NEAT2)在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CAD)患者外周血浆中的表达水平及临床意义。方法选取2018年6月—2018年12月上海市徐汇区中心医院冠心病患者56例(男性28人,女性28人)作为冠心病组,50例非冠心患者(男性25人,女性25人)作为对照组,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应分析患者外周血浆中NEAT2的相对表达量,并绘制NEAT2的ROC曲线,计算受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线下面积,采用约登指数法对NEAT2诊断冠心病价值进行分析。结果与对照组相比,冠心病患者外周血浆中NEAT2的表达水平明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),血浆NEAT2诊断冠心病的ROC曲线下面积为0.851,灵敏度100%,特异度67%。结论冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者外周血浆中的NEAT2水平明显升高,随着血浆中NEAT2表达量升高,患冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的风险增加。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of noncoding nuclear-enriched abundant transcript 2(NEAT2)in peripheral plasma of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD).Methods Peripheral fasting blood samples were collected from 56 CAD patients(COD group)and 50(control group)who were from Shanghai Xuhui District Central Hospital to examine the level of NEAT2.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve of NEAT2 was plotted and the area under ROC curve was calculated.The NEAT2 was analyzed by the Yoden index method.Results The levels of TG and TC of the COD group were both significantly higher thasn those of the control group(both P<0.05).The relative expression of the COD group was significantly higher than that of the control group[(3.26±0.49)VS(2.23±0.76),P<0.05].The area under the ROC curve of plasma NEAT2 was 0.851,the sensitivity was 100%,and the specificity was 67%.Conclusion The level of NEAT2 in peripheral plasma of COD patients is significantly increased.With the increase of NEAT2 expression in plasma,the risk of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease increases.
