摘 要:目的探索提高院外急救工作效率和质量的管理方法。方法在院外急救管理中应用双向同步物质和精神激励,在调整薪酬、职称激励、单病种质控等六方面进行双向同步物质激励,采用职工大会、季度座谈和政策倾斜等五方面措施进行双向同步精神激励;比较、分析实施前后相关业务指标变化情况。结果双向同步物质精神激励应用后,急性ST段抬高心梗患者受理时间由304 s降至210 s,现场送达医院时间由2024 s降至752 s,现场救治时间由2216 s降至1640 s,接报至到达时间由3215 s降至2648 s。结论采用双向同步激励可有效提高院外急救工作质量和效率。Objective To explore the management methods for improving the efficiency and quality of pre-hospital emergency care.Methods Two-way synchronized substances and spiritual incentives were applied in pre-hospital emergency management.Two-way simultaneous material incentives were implemented in six aspects including adjustment of salary,title incentives,and single-disease quality control.Five measures including employee meetings,quarterly discussions,and policy inclinations were used.Compare and analyze the changes of related business indicators before and after implementation.Results After the application of two-way synchronous material and spiritual stimulation,the acceptance time of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction decreased from 304 seconds to 210 seconds,the time to hospital from 2024 seconds to 752 seconds,and the on-site treatment time from 2216 seconds to 1640 seconds.The report arrival time dropped from 3215 seconds to 2648 seconds.Conclusion The use of two-way synchronization incentive can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of pre-hospital emergency.
