龙珠软膏联合百多邦莫匹罗星软膏外用治疗蚂蚁螫伤的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨龙珠软膏联合百多邦莫匹罗星软膏外用治疗蚂蚁螫伤的效果。方法选取厦门市第五医院2020年2月—2021年1月收治的76例蚂蚁螫伤患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各38例。观察组采用龙珠软膏联合百多邦莫匹罗星软膏治疗,对照组采用百多邦莫匹罗星软膏治疗,两组均治疗2个疗程,7 d为1个疗程。观察两组症状改善情况、临床疗效及治疗满意度。结果观察组红肿消退时间、疼痛消失时间、脓疱痊愈时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在蚂蚁螫伤的临床治疗中,龙珠软膏和百多邦莫匹罗星软膏均可作为外用药物的选择,两种药物联合应用可有效促进红肿、疼痛、脓疱等症状的快速消退,减轻患者的痛苦。Objective To investigate the effect of Dragon Ball Ointment combined with Bidopampiroxin Ointment for external use in the treatment of ant stings.Methods Seventy-six patients with ant stings in Xiamen Fifth Hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,38 cases in each group.Observation group was treated with Dragon Ball Ointment combined with Bidopampiroxin Ointment,and control group was treated with Bidopampiroxin Ointment.Both groups were treated for two courses,seven days as a course.The improvement of symptoms,clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction of two groups were observed.Results The redness subsided time,pain disappeared time and pustule healing time of ob‐servation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Treatment satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of ant stings,Dragon Ball Ointment and Bidopampiroxin Ointment can be used as topical drugs,the combined application of two drugs can effectively promote the rapid resolution of redness,pain,pustules and other symptoms,and relieve the pain of patients.
