摘  要:为了提高永磁球形电机的分析效率,本文采用洛伦兹力法建立了电机的转矩插值模型,同时提出了一种基于遗传算法优化的电机驱动电流计算方法。首先,基于圆环电流法和洛伦兹力法分析了电机的转子磁场和通电线圈的电磁转矩,建立了电机的转矩插值解析模型,该模型在保证准确度的同时显著提高了分析速度。其次,基于此转矩模型,采用遗传算法优化计算了不同姿态下的电机驱动电流,分析了不同优化目标下的电流计算结果。最后,通过实验验证了电流计算结果的正确性和可行性,为电机后续的通电策略研究提供了参考意义。In order to improve the analysis efficiency of the permanent magnet spherical motor,the Lorentz force method is used to establish the torque interpolation model,and then a method for calculating the drive current based on this model and the genetic algorithm optimization is proposed.First,the magnetic field of the rotor and the electromagnetic torque of the energized coil are analyzed based on the ring current method and the Lorentz force method,and the torque interpolation analytical model of the motor is established,which verifies the high accuracy and analysis speed of the model.Secondly,based on this torque model,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the calculation of the motor drive current under different attitudes,and results under different optimization goals are analyzed.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the current results are verified through experiments,and the results provide a reference for the study of the energization strategy of the motor.
