摘　　要：基于"虚气留滞"理论,探讨肥胖的病机和治法,通过把握其变化规律,为临床辨证施治肥胖提供理论依据。"虚气留滞"理论是从中医整体观出发对肥胖进行剖析,其中"虚气"与"留滞"互为因果,共同影响肥胖的发生与发展。"虚气"是肥胖的始动因素,"留滞"是发病的重要条件。"虚气"影响气血津液的运行,导致"留滞"的产生;"留滞"则会伤及正气,加重"虚气"的程度,虚滞裹挟,肥胖更加难以治疗。因此治疗肥胖,应"补虚"与"通滞"同时施治,既需顾护其虚,又当根据具体情况采取活血化瘀、消食除滞、祛湿化痰、泻热通腑等方法。基于"虚气留滞"理论,执简驭繁,可为治疗肥胖提供参考,提高临床疗效。Based on the theory of“Qi deficiency and stagnation”,this paper explores the pathogenesis and treatment of obesity,and provides a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of obesity by grasping the law of its changes.The theory of“Qi deficiency and stagnation”is an analysis of obesity from the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine,in which“deficiency”and“stasis”are mutually causal and jointly affect the occurrence and development of obesity.“Qi Deficiency”is the initiating factor of obesity,and“stasis”is an important condition for the onset of disease.“Deficiency”affects the movement of Qi,blood and body fluid,leading to the production of“stasis”;“stasis”will hurt the righteousness,aggravate the degree of“Qi deficiency”,entrap the deficiency of Qi,and make obesity more difficult to treat.Therefore,in the treatment of obesity,the treatment of obesity should be carried out at the same time as“tonic Qi deficiency”and“stagnation”.It is necessary to take care of the deficiency,and according to the specific conditions,methods such as promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,eliminating stagnation,removing dampness and removing phlegm,and removing heat and promoting fu organs should be adopted..Based on the theory of“Qi deficiency and stagnation”,the practice of simplicity and complexity can provide reference for the treatment of obesity and improve clinical efficacy.
