摘　　要：目的构建新冠疫苗接种不良反应院内急救护理方案,为临床上新冠疫苗接种不良反应的救治提供科学依据。方法通过文献检索、半结构式访谈初步制定新冠疫苗接种不良反应院内急救护理方案,通过Delphi法进行2轮专家函询。结果2轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为95.4%、100%,权威系数(Cr)分别为0.857、0.881,协调系数(W)分别为0.241、0.308,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。最终构建的新冠疫苗接种不良反应院内急救护理方案共包括4项一级条目,14项二级条目,44项三级条目。结论构建的新冠疫苗接种不良反应院内急救护理方案具有科学性、可靠性。Objective To construct hospital emergency care plan for adverse reactions of new coronavirus vaccination,to provide scientific basis for the treatment of adverse effects of new coronavirus vaccination in clinical practice.Methods The emergency care plan for the adverse reactions of new coronavirus vaccination was initially established by the literature review and semi-structuredinterview,and was revised by 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation.Results The effective response rates were 95.4%,100%;Cr coefficients were 0.857,0.881;W coefficients were 0.241,0.308,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The finally constructed emergency care plan consisted of 4 first-level items,14 second-level items,and 44 third-level items.Conclusion The emergency care plan for adverse events of new coronavirus vaccination is scientific and reliable.
