摘　　要：磺丁基醚-β-环糊精(SBE-β-CD),为β-环糊精(β-CD)衍生物(β-CD水溶性较高)。SBE-β-CD可与药物结合,形成包合物(非共价键),进而提高该药物的稳定性、安全性等。相比于β-CD,SBE-β-CD的水溶性更高,而且存在肾毒性低、溶血作用小等优势,具有较广泛的应用前景。鉴于此,本文重点阐述SBE-β-CD在药物制剂的应用及安全性研究进展。Sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin(SBE-β-CD), for β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) derivatives(β-CD has high water solubility). SBE-β-CD can combine with drug to form inclusion complex(non-covalent bond), so as to improve the stability and safety of the drug. Compared to β-CD, SBE-β-CD has higher water solubility, low nephrotoxicity and low hemolysis, so it has a wide application prospect. In view of this, research progress on the application and safety of SBE-β-CD in pharmaceutical preparations was studied.
