摘 要:以电解法制备金属锂的氯气吸收液为原料,制备聚合氯化铁絮凝剂(PFC),并考察了聚合氯化铁对蒙脱石悬浊液的絮凝性能。结果表明:在碱铁物料比为2.7:1、吸收液全铁含量为10.2%、反应温度为35℃时得到的聚合氯化铁,悬浮固体的去除率可达95%以上,且物化性质符合化工行业标准HG/T4672-2014中的主要指标规定。Polymeric ferric chloride(PFC)flocculant was prepared by taking the chlorine absorbed-solution from preparing lithium metal by electrolysis as raw material, and the flocculation performance of PFC to montmorillonite suspension was investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of suspended solid reached over 95% when the ratio of alkali to iron was 2.7:1, the content of total iron in chlorine absorbed-solution was 10.2% and the reaction temperature was 35 ℃. Moreover, the physical and chemical properties of PFC met the requirements of the standard of HG/T4672-2014.
