摘 要:对硫酸铈滴定法测定锑矿石中锑含量不确定度的产生原因进行了分析,并对一个锑矿样品中锑含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评定。在不确定度评估中,测量结果的置信区间为(6.25±0.26)%,K=2。结果表明:玻璃仪器的精度与测量重复性是影响锑含量测量不确定度的主要因素。从主要因素的角度出发,可以有效地减少不确定度,提高分析质量,确保数据结果准确。The produced causes of the uncertainty for measurement of Sb in antimony ore by Ce(SO_(4))_(2)titration were discussed and analyzed. The uncertainty was evaluated and calculated. In the uncertainty evaluation, the confidence interval of the measurement result was(6.25±0.26)%, K=2. The results showed that the precision of glass instrument and the measurement repeatability were the main factors affecting the uncertainty. From the perspective of the main factor, it could effectively reduce the uncertainty, improve the quality of analysis, and ensure the accuracy of the data results.
