摘　　要：目前我国高校正在进行"按大类招生、分流培养"人才培养模式的改革与实施,实现"厚基础、宽口径、强能力、高素质"的人才培养目标。有的地方高校已取得了许多良好的成果与经验,然而,同时也产生了一些较严重问题与混乱现象以及不理想的弊端。本文以材料科学与工程专业为例,剖析了地方高校大类招生模式实施中的不足及其产生的原因,提出了地方高校专业大类招生模式改革的改进思路与展望。With the establishment and deepening of the market economy system, the reform of the education system is constantly deepened in colleges and universities, meanwhile, the reform and implementation of the talent training mode of “recruiting students according to large categories and training in different ways” is carried on in order to realize the talent training goal of “thick foundation, wide caliber, strong ability and high quality”. Although this general enrollment mode has been carried out in some local colleges and universities for many years, and then has achieved some better results and experiences, however, some serious problems and confusion came to appear and then many undesirable disadvantages were exposed. The deficiencies and emergence reasons to the general enrollment mode were deeply analyzed according to the specific situation of materials science and engineering major as an example in local colleges and universities. Some ideas on the reform of this talent training mode in local colleges and universities were further put forward herein. Furthermore, the prospect of the general enrollment mode of materials science and engineering major was also discussed in the development of world-class universities and first-class disciplines.
