摘 要:乙炔在工业上应用范围广泛,乙炔的爆炸极限为(V/V)2.5-82%,极易容易爆炸,因此乙炔生产中的事故发生率较高。本文对乙炔生产工艺过程中各单元、设备和使用危险化学品等环节潜在的危险性进行分析,结果表明乙炔生产工艺过程中乙炔发生作业、乙炔压缩作业、乙炔充装作业以及电石和丙酮等危险化学品使用环节具有不同程度的危险性,必须采取严格的安全措施。Acetylene is widely used in modern industry. Because the explosion limit of acetylene(V/V)is 2.5%~82%, which is very easy to explode, the accident rate is relatively high during its manufacturing. The potential dangers in the manufacture of acetylene, including various units, equipment and the use of hazardous chemical reagents were analyzed. The results showed that there were different degrees of risks in the production process of acetylene, such as acetylene generation operation, acetylene compression operation, acetylene filling operation and the use of hazardous chemicals such as calcium carbide and acetone. Strict safety measures must be taken.
