摘　　要：介绍了窑顶无风机新型移动式隧道窑,该窑炉依靠放置于地面的脱硫风机实现了烧结产品整个生产过程中的气体输送和热量交换,能够显著改善传统窑炉中存在的窑体震动、耐火保温材料松动和窑炉服役寿命短的技术难题。此外,隧道窑在运行过程中,风路系统在全负压状态下形成一个闭环,能够显著抑制污染气体的排放。The paper introduces a new type of mobile tunnel kiln without fan on kiln roof. The kiln relies on the desulfurization fan placed on the ground to realize the gas transportation and heat exchange in the whole production process of sintered products, which can significantly improve the technology of kiln body vibration, loose refractory insulation materials and short kiln service life in traditional kilns. In addition, during the operation of the tunnel kiln, the air duct system forms a closed loop under the state of full negative pressure, which can significantly suppress the emission of polluting gases.
