摘　　要：【目的/意义】研究基于企业画像的行业信息精准服务框架与功能体系,为行业信息服务创新研究与实践提供参考。【方法/过程】在分析企业的行业信息需求及影响因素基础上,构建了面向行业信息精准服务的企业画像构成要素体系,并进一步提出了基于企业画像的行业信息精准服务模型。【结果/结论】立足企业的信息需求及影响因素,面向行业信息精准服务的企业画像应包含企业自身属性、竞合属性、客户属性3类16种要素。基于企业画像的行业信息精准服务实现,首先需要开展行业信息资源和企业大数据采集,继而进行基于多源数据的企业画像和面向精准服务的行业信息资源组织,最终通过画像精准分析企业需求,提供包括精准搜索、精准问答、精准推荐等在内的多项精准服务功能。【创新/局限】创新性地引入用户画像对企业进行建模,从需求分析角度全面刻画企业特征,构建行业信息服务模型,推进行业知识服务创新发展。【Purpose/significance】Research on the industry information precision service framework and functional system based on enterprise profile,and provide reference for industry information service innovation research and practice.【Method/process】Based on the analysis of the industry information needs and influencing factors of enterprises,a system of corporate portrait constituent elements for precise service of industry information is constructed,and an industry information precise service model based on corporate portraits is further proposed.【Result/conclusion】Based on the enterprise’s information needs and influencing factors,the image of an enterprise oriented to accurate industry information services should include 16 elements of three categories:the enterprise’s own attributes,the attributes of competition and cooperation,and the attributes of customers.To realize the accurate service of industry information based on corporate profile,it is first necessary to carry out collection of industry information resources and corporate big data,and then proceed to the corporate portrait based on multi-source data and industry information resource organizations for precision services.Finally,it accurately analyzes the needs of the enterprise through the portrait,and provides a number of accurate service functions including accurate search,accurate Q&A,and accurate recommendation.【Innovation/limitation】Innovatively introduce user portraits to build a model for the enterprise,comprehensively describe the characteristics of the enterprise from the perspective of demand analysis,construct an industry information service model,and promote the innovative development of industry knowledge services.
