摘 要:川西地区侏罗系气藏为产水气藏,已进入开发中后期,水平井的速度管柱排采工艺设计水平亟需提升。针对传统气井积液判断手段成本高、耗费人力、准确性低的特点,开展了模拟川西水平井工况下井筒内气液两相流的物模实验,总结过往动态监测数据,得出了新的气液两相流型图版,提出了一种排采工艺设计新方法,该方法通过建立包含拟采取排采工艺设计参数的水平井井筒压降模型,将气井井口的产气、产水量折算为井筒沿程气水相的表观速度,再将数据投射于新型水平井积液判断图版之上,从而达到判断、调整排采工艺设计的目的。运用该方法,能较准确地判断气井积液情况、携液状态,对准备开展速度管柱排采工艺的水平井,能指导速度管柱工艺的下入时机、管柱大小和下入深度等参数的设计。通过现场试验检验,该方法适用性良好,对其他排采工艺技术设计具有推广价值。Jurassic gas reservoirs in western Sichuan Basin are the ones with water production, and they have entered the middle and late stage of development.The design level of velocity string drainage technology for horizontal wells needs to be improved.Aiming at the characteristics of high cost,labor-intensive and low accuracy of traditional methods for judging liquid loading in gas wells,a physical simulation experiment was carried out to simulate gas-liquid two-phase flow in the horizontal wells in Western Sichuan Basin.The dy-namic monitoring data over the years were summarized,and a new gas-liquid two-phase flow pattern chart was obtained.On this basis,a new design method of drainage gas recovery technology is proposed.The wellbore pressure drop model of the horizontal wells containing the design parameters of drainage gas recovery technology is established.The gas production and water production at the wellhead of gas wells are converted into the apparent velocity of gas-water phase along the wellbore,and then the data are projected on the new judgment chart of liquid loading in the horizontal wells,so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the design of drainage gas recovery technology.The state of liquid loading and carrying in the gas wells can be accu-rately judged by this method.For the horizontal wells prepared to apply the velocity string drainage technolo-gy,it can guide the design of parameters including running time,string size and running depth.The field test presents that the method has good applicability and is worth popularizing in similar design methods of drainage gas recovery technology.
