摘 要:鉴于边荷载对水闸应力影响的复杂性,目前工程设计上仅能作原则性的考虑。文中以某水闸工程为例,采用GTS NX软件建立三维有限元模型,计算了各工况下不计边荷载与计入边荷载时的闸室结构应力,对比分析了不同条件下水闸应力分布的差异。研究表明,与不考虑边荷载情况下的结果相比,计入边荷载后的闸室应力分布规律与底板应力大小均发生明显变化,底板不同位置处的受力状态(受压或受拉)也可能不同,中孔与底层部位对边荷载最为敏感。明确边荷载对水闸应力影响的具体表现后,建议在重要水闸的应力分析时考虑边荷载的影响。研究结果对类似工程的设计具有一定的参考价值。In view of the complexity of the effect of side load on the stress of sluice, only principle can be considered in engineering design at present. Taking a certain sluice project as an example, the GTSNX software is used to establish a three dimensional finite element model, and the structural stress of sluice under different working conditions is calculated without side load and with side load, and the difference of stress distribution under different conditions is compared and analyzed. The results show that compared with the results without side load, the stress distribution law of the gate chamber and the stress magnitude of the sluice board have obvious changes after taking side load into account, and the stress state at different positions of the sluice board may be different, and the middle hole and the bottom part are the most sensitive to side load. It is suggested that the influence of side load should be considered in the stress analysis of important sluices.
