摘　　要：回顾了自中国共产党成立百年以来,我国科技经济紧密结合的发展历程,共分为3个阶段,概述了每个阶段党和国家最高领导人关于科技经济结合论述的要点,以及科技经济结合的主要特征。科技经济结合始终是我国科技发展,特别是改革开放以来科技体制改革的中心议题。经过百年探索与实践,我国科技经济结合表现出五大发展经验与启示,即坚持继承与创新的结合、重视科学技术作为革命性力量的作用、重视理论与实践的结合、坚持普遍性与时代性的统一、重视创新作为科技经济结合媒介的重要作用。在现代化新征程中,科技经济结合进入了一体化深度融合时期,呈现出数字化引领、创新生态化、结合组织化、实体化等新趋势。在未来实践中,要把握新方向新策略,将深度网络化、数字化、平台化、智能化贯穿于科技经济融合的全过程;突出国家和区域战略性科技力量的引领作用;突出城市群的新能量新动力;推进"科创中国"试点城市建设,探索供需高效对接等有效融合模式;深入推进科技经济深度融合的组织创新;深入研究科技经济结合促进共同富裕的理论与实践新课题。This paper reviews the development process of China’s combination between science & technology and economy since the founding of the Communist Party of China for a hundred years. It is divided into three stages, which summarizes the main points of brilliant exposition about the combination of science & technology economy by the leaders of the party and the state, and the main characteristics of the combination of science & technology economy at each stage. The combination between science & technology and economy has always been the central issue of China’s science and technology development, especially since the Reform and Opening Up. After a hundred years of exploration and practice, China’s promotion of the combination between science & technology and economy shows five development experiences and enlightenment, that is, adhering to the combination of inheritance and innovation;paying attention to the role of science and technology as a revolutionary force;paying attention to the combination of theory and practice;adhering to the unity of universality and contemporaneity;paying attention to the important role of innovation as the intermediary of the combination between science &technology and economy.In the new journey of building a modern country in an all-round way, further accelerating the deep integration of science & technology and economy is of great significance for building a world scientific and technological power, building a strong modern economic system, solving key core technologies and improving the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation.
