摘　　要：世界自然遗产地九寨沟景区是我国首个以保护自然风景为主要目的自然保护区。文章分析了九寨沟景区近年经历的游客滞留危机事件、地震自然灾害危机事件和新冠疫情危机事件特征,景区应对策略与实践,以及应对策略的有效性。最后,总结了九寨沟景区应对旅游危机策略的后续影响和启示,可为其他景区应对旅游危机事件提供借鉴。Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area,a world natural heritage site,is the first nature reserve in China to protect natural scenery.This paper analyzed the characteristics of tourist detention crisis events,earthquake natural disaster crisis events and COVID-19 epidemic crisis events in Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area in recent years,the countermeasures and their effectiveness.Finally,the follow-up influences and enlightenment of Jiuzhaigou scenic area to deal with tourism crisis were summarized,which can provide references for other scenic areas.
