摘  要:研究了白水泥、矿物掺合料和聚合物掺量对新型装饰水泥(微水泥)施工和力学性能的影响,并应用于某商业区墙地面的装修。结果表明,白水泥掺量越高,微水泥粘度越大,施工性能越差,硬化后强度虽有提升,但柔性变差,脆性增加。适量的石粉取代白水泥可有效降低微水泥粘度,且对强度产生负面影响较小。掺加聚合物可有效提高微水泥的韧性,提高施工后的微水泥的表面强度。现场应用显示,微水泥产品有良好的装饰质感及一般装饰涂料不具备的坚固、耐磨耐水性能。In this paper, the effects of the content of white cement, mineral admixture and polymer on the workability and mechanical properties of decorative cement(also named micro-cement) are studied, and it is applied to the decoration of the wall and floor of a commercial district. The results show that with the increase of the content of white cement,the viscosity of micro-cement increases gradually, but the workability becomes worse. The strength of micro-cement is improved, but the brittleness also increases. By replacing white cement with limestone powder, the viscosity of microcement can be effectively improved, with little negative effect on the strength. Adding polymer can improve the toughness and surface strength of micro-cement. The field application proves that micro-cement has a good decorative texture and strong, wear-resistant and water-resistant properties.
