接骨续筋膏外敷在老年骨质疏松性骨折患者治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨接骨续筋膏在老年骨质疏松性骨折患者治疗中的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年5月-2021年3月广州市增城区中医医院收治的120例老年骨质疏松性骨折患者的临床资料。按照治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组采用西医疗法(注射用骨肽、碳酸钙D;片)治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用接骨续筋膏外敷治疗。比较两组疗效、疼痛与生活质量评分。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1周,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年骨质疏松性骨折患者实施接骨续筋膏外敷治疗,可获得确切疗效,不仅可以使其疼痛程度得到改善,同时有利于提升其生活质量,具有较高应用价值,建议进一步推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jiegu Xujin Ointment in the treatment of elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture.Method:The clinical data of 120 elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture admitted to Guangzhou Zengcheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine therapy (Osteopeptide for Injection,Calcium Carbonate D;Tablets),and the observation group was treated with Jiegu Xujin Ointment on the basis of control group.Efficacy,pain and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).One week after treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For elderly patients with osteoporotic fracture,the application of Jiegu Xujin Ointment can obtain a definite effect,which can not only improve the pain degree,but also help to improve the quality of life.It has a high application value and is recommended to be further promoted.
